Bad news and the future

This is Bob’s son Jason. He passed away in his sleep early in the morning of 6/13/23. Corsham Tech will not be continuing, but we plan to reach out to some people to sort outstanding orders and unresolved business.

He requested that we don’t hold a formal funeral service for him, but we will be hosting a celebration of life event in the near future somewhere near his home town in South Jersey. We will post updates here, and we have set up a memorial site where contributions to his memory are welcome:

Thank you all for being customers and fellow enthusiasts; this business and his passion for his work were a huge part of who he was, and it means a lot to me and my family that you helped support Corsham Tech.

Taking a break

I am typing this from my hospital room,  I just turned off the web store.

Once home I can handle existing orders.

I do not feel well at all.

Orders are a bit backed up

Five days a week I end up at a medical facility (or two) for tests or various treatments, and usually have no energy by the time I return.  The last time I was at the workbench was several days ago, but maybe today I can get down there and pack a few more orders.  Weekends are my chance to catch up on much needed sleep and help with things around the house.

This is also why there are no plans to offer assembled boards or kits… there isn’t enough time to ship just bare boards yet alone adding more labor.  There are some assembled boards in stock so I will allow those to be purchased in the stop soon.
